Aloha Match Terms & Conditions:

Accuracy of Information:
By accepting these terms, I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and hold a legally single status (or have explicitly disclosed my current marital status).

Eligibility Requirements:
I verify that all details provided are honest, precise, and complete. I commit to informing Aloha Match of any significant changes to my information. I acknowledge that submitting fraudulent or deceptive data may lead to the rejection of my application or termination of ongoing services.

Background and Identity Verification:
By sharing my details, I grant Aloha Match permission to perform background checks or public record reviews. I recognize that government-issued identification may be requested to confirm my identity, and that declining to participate in this verification process may result in a denial of service.

No Guarantee of Matches or Relationships:
I acknowledge that acceptance into the program and potential matches are not guaranteed, except where specific guarantees are outlined in a paid membership tier. I understand that a match does not ensure a confirmed date, nor does it guarantee the success of a relationship, long-term partnership, or marriage.

Right to Accept or Reject Applicants:
Aloha Match maintains full discretion to approve or decline any applicant without providing a specific reason. I understand that submitting an application does not automatically establish a formal client relationship.

Privacy and Information Sharing:
Data is utilized to assess program eligibility. Specific profile details and personal contact information may be shared with compatible matches in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Consent to Communication:
I authorize Aloha Match to contact me through various channels, including email, telephone, SMS/text messaging, appointment reminders, match updates, and promotional content.

Photo and Profile Consent:
I understand that by uploading imagery, I grant Aloha Match the right to utilize these photos for matchmaking purposes. I certify that all photos are an accurate reflection of my appearance. I permit internal use of my photos for matchmaking, though I understand they may not always be displayed to potential matches.

Confidentiality:
In the event of a match, I pledge to protect the personal information of other members. I will not capture screenshots or disseminate confidential profile data, nor will I engage in any form of stalking or harassment.

Code of Conduct:
Aloha Match reserves the right to dismiss any participant who engages in inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, abuse, threats, criminal acts, or solicitation.

Nature of Services:
Aloha Match provides matchmaking and social dating services intended to foster authentic romantic connections between consenting adults. Offerings include compatible introductions, social mixers, speed-dating, and structured events. We do not offer or facilitate sexual services, escorting, or adult entertainment. Our focus remains strictly on romantic compatibility and providing safe social environments.

Safety Disclaimer:
Aloha Match does not guarantee the personal conduct of its members. Applicants are encouraged to use sound judgment, meet in public settings for initial dates, and report any safety concerns immediately.

Limitation of Liability:
Services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aloha Match's liability is limited. We are not responsible for the actions of other members, nor for emotional distress, lost opportunities, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.

Indemnification:
Applicants agree to indemnify Aloha Match against any claims or legal actions resulting from their own misconduct or violations of this agreement, within the limits of the law.

Refund Policy:
Aloha Match processes refund requests submitted at least 7 days prior to an event. No refunds will be granted for requests made within 7 days of the scheduled event date.
